The hotel is in a convenient location near Audleys Wood where we attended a wedding. The rooms, although in need of updating and a bit tired, were made ready and still pretty standard in my opinion. The service was excellent with highly attentive staff, especially beneficial for two female travelers in an unfamiliar area. The dining experience was a redeeming factor with good options to choose from. The location was just where I needed to be, clean, and comfortable.

The hotel's rooms were not the most recent Holiday Inn style but were amazing, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and polite, helping with luggage and booking taxis. The location offered a great space to relax and have a drink, although a bit far from town. The dining experience could be better with more choice. Overall, a comfortable and friendly stay with some minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was perfect, I couldn't find anything at fault. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cool & dark thanks to the air con & black out curtains. Breakfast this morning was also very nice. It was nice for the one day we had it, was supposed to be two days. It did get stupidly hot despite having windows open and temp turned down.
